In response to elevated travel restrictions and government advisements, we have made the decision to stop our tours traveling through February 2021. Given these circumstances, Just Go Vacations has introduced a program designed to give our travelers options and peace-of-mind when considering their travel plans—the Just Go Peace of Mind Travel Plan.

Given these circumstances, Just Go Vacations has introduced a program designed to give our travelers options and peace-of-mind when considering their travel plans—the Just Go Peace of Mind Travel Plan.

Through this Just Go Vacations is allowing all currently booked travelers between now and February 2021,  to move travel dates easily and without incurring cancellation fees, land or airline penalties*.

You are free to move your booking to any Just Go Vacations future vacation. If you are not ready to choose your new vacation, the full value paid to us will be provided via a Refund Credit Note, redeemable for any future 2020, 2021 or 2022 departure.

To make the transition easier, this Plan includes an additional bonus credit. This bonus credit of $75 per person will be in addition to your Refund Credit Note. This is redeemable for any future travel through 2022.

Whilst our tours will not be traveling during this period our office will be open for enquiries and new bookings

*Just Go Peace of Mind Travel Plan offer valid for travel through December 31 2022  until further notice. Refund in the form of a Refund Credit Note, redeemable for travel departing by December 31, 2022. The new booking bonus will be in addition to the Refund Credit Note amount. Refund Credit Notes are not redeemable for cash and no cash refunds will be made. Changes in airfare may apply, and the new booking is subject to any increase in vacation price for 2021 and 2022 travel. Plan may be withdrawn at any time and other restrictions may apply. 

Coronavirus and UK Travel
We appreciate that media reports about the Coronavirus can be unsettling when you have travel planned abroad, and it can sometimes be difficult to separate scare-mongering from useful facts. Please rest assured that Just Go Vacations take your safety very seriously. The situation with the Coronavirus is  ongoing, and we are regularly monitoring the situation in the UK and Europe and complying with advice from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the UK Foreign Office (FO) in our forward planning. Our UK-based office are best placed to receive the latest information about how the UK is affected by the virus, and to respond accordingly.

We will continue to monitor reports and will inform all travelers as then situation changes  We advise all bookers to check this page regularly and look out for any updates from us in their inbox.

Whilst our tours will not be traveling during this period our office will be open for enquiries and new bookings and we intend tours to start traveling from July 2020 onwards. This is subject to the close monitoring of government advice.

We would like to assure you that when you travel with us we will do our best to ensure your comfort and peace of mind throughout your stay, through our usual travel standards:

• All our coaches are equipped with toilets with washing facilities
• We will provide hand sanitiser on all coaches
• Bottled water is provided on all coaches-it is advised to keep well hydrated when travelling
• All our hotels are comfortable and well-equipped with modern conveniences
• Our Tour Directors are well-briefed on traveler safety and will be able to assist you should you require it
• You have the backing of our UK office while you travel, who can offer real-time tour support
